A prestigious and respected regional law firm in downtown Miami is looking for a friendly, dependable Administrative Assistant to join their team.

This is a temp-to-hire role with full-time hours and a great chance to grow in a professional legal office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Helping out the firm’s administrator with day-to-day tasks
  • Answering phones and greeting callers with a smile
  • Pitching in to support attorneys and staff when neede
  • Keeping things running smoothly around the office
