- Focus on the resolution of complex business and commercial disputes with its primary focus on litigation, arbitrations and corporate investigations.
- Work with law firm’s primary practice areas are including and not limited to::
Professional liability, including securities and broker-dealer defense.
Partnership and corporate disputes, including coverage analysis and litigation (including bad faith), construction and surety law, ERISA disability litigation and employment litigation.
You will work closely with our clients and our expansive practice includes the representation of certified public accountants and accounting firms, securities brokers and broker-dealers, financial institutions, design professionals, actuarial firms, attorneys and law firms, insurance companies and brokers, sureties, partnerships and corporations.
Option to work two days a week from home after acclimation period.
