Outstanding opportunity for In-House corporate transactional attorney in Miami. Attorney may operate in a hybrid capacity.
- The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience practicing corporate/commercial law in a corporate and/or law firm environment, with specialization in complex financing transactions.
- Experience working on public-private partnership or design-build projects or other types of project financing transactions will be evaluated highly. Some responsibilities will include preparing and revising draft contracts and relevant legal documentation, providing sound legal advice and contributing to analysis of legal/commercial issues in order to maximize benefits for the company and minimize corporate risks.
