Seeking career-track attorneys with 1-3 years’ experience in Personal Injury Protection defense (PIP) to support the growth of its PIP department. Ideal candidates are motivated and have prior deposition, mediation and court experience, including motion calendar appearances. Candidates must have excellent and effective communication skills, a strong work ethic and be able to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment and the ability to handle a case load from inception up through trial.
Competitive base salary.
Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar.
