Looking for someone with law Firm experience
Duties and Responsibilities
- Payroll
- Time keeping
- Prepare Bonus Check
- Keep records of vacation times
- Keep records of time off
- Coordinate with the rest of the team to ensure correct employee data.
- Interviewing-
- On Boarding
- Provide administrative assistance to of other deparments
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- ·Full-time, M-F.
- ·Degree in Business Administration,
- SHRM IS A PLUS
- ·2+ years of experience working in an human resource capacity
- ·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
- ·Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- ·Good time management and organizational skills
- ·Working knowledge of relevant legal regulations.
- ·Able to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Salary – commensurate with experience
