Dadeland Litigation Law Firm has an immediate opening for a Junior Legal Assistant to join them in a temp-to-hire capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door and start or continue your career with a family oriented litigation law firm, that has very little turnover. 
 

This position is supporting a litigation practice that focuses on medical malpractice cases
Qualified applicant must have: 

• Some previous litigation experience in any area of litigation.
• Ability to do electronic court filings
• Good computer skills such as MS Word or WordPerfect
• A “can do” and positive attitude, and of course be dependable with good attention to detail. 

This Boutique Law Firm represents plaintiffs in nearly every kind of catastrophic injury case, including:

• Construction, Workplace and Industrial Accidents
• Transportation Accidents & Injuries
• Medical Negligence / Malpractice
• Premises Liability
• Product Liability & Dangerous Drugs

The hours are 9am – 5pm. This position starts as soon as possible.

Once perm the position offers a salary of $35-$45K, based on experience level. Other benefits include, paid health insurance, parking, paid vacation, retirement plan, etc.
