LOCATION:  Miami, Florida

DESCRIPTION: A law firm near Bayfront Park in downtown Miami, FL is seeking a legal administrative assistant with previous law firm experience.

Details of the job include answering all incoming calls and forwarding them to the appropriate person, answering questions from clients and potential clients, assisting with administrative tasks throughout the firm, and taking payments. 

This position is in the office and could be long-term for the right person!

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Will have previous law firm experience 
  • Have the ability to learn new things quickly
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Be organized and dependable
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with drafting and e-Filing is a huge plus

This position starts IMMEDIATELY and the suggested schedule is 10-1 Monday – Friday.
