Well liked Palm Beach Gardens law firm needs an experienced legal assistant to join them in a temporary-to-hire capacity starting right away.
The qualified candidate will have previous Bankruptcy Law experience and will be adept with handling legal documents, be knowledgeable of filing, efiling, scheduling, ordering depos, forms, affidavits, billing and time entry, and notices of hearing among other common tasks, as well as good experience using MS Office.
This is Debtor Bankruptcy, not Creditor, so someone with Litigation Support experience is important, but the firm will consider someone with only a little bankruptcy experience.
They need someone to start ASAP!
