Busy Boutique Litigation Law Firm in Downtown Miami is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their team in a temporary, hopefully temp-to-perm capacity.
The firm handles various types of high level litigation cases, including commercial, white collar criminal, employment and securities law among others.
Qualified applicant will have solid litigation experience and knowledge in any area of litigation. a keen eye for details, will be computer savvy, self-motivated and able to stay on task with little supervision.
The duties of the job comprise standard litigation tasks in support of the attorneys and the firm, as well as e-filing, scheduling, calandering and other assistance.
This is a paperless office, so documents are in pdf and other electronic formats
They would like someone to start as soon as possible, preferably, Monday, April 24th. The rate of pay is $22/hr. while temp and will pay a very competitve salary once permanent.
This is a temporary position with the plan to convert to permanent after the temp portion.
