Legal Administrative Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage attorneys’ calendars; schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain organized files, including copies of all documents and correspondence
- Perform other administrative duties as they arise
Administrative Assistant Requirements and Qualifications
- 1-2 years of law firm experience
- Computer literate in word processing, databases, email, and office software
