Boutique firm in West Palm Beach, is seeking a receptionist to assist in a permanent capacity. Interviewing right now. Qualified applicant must have previous law firm and receptionist experience. In office position.
You should be a polished professional, able to interact with and accommodate high net worth clientele.
You must have excellent customer service skills, be organized, and be friendly.
Duties Include (but not limited to)
- Front desk responsibilities, including answering phones, greeting and welcoming clients and firm visitors
- Computer proficiency
- Calendaring and organizing binders
- Sorting through and distributing faxes and emails
- Maintenance of front desk area, conference room and kitchen
- Other office tasks as needed
The hours for this position are 8:30AM – 5:30PM Monday-Friday
