Our client, a regional law firm with an office in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is seeking a legal secretary to start right away a temporary to hire capacity.
The hours are 9-5:30 the position is in-office only.
Required Skills:
- Managing daily/weekly/monthly diary and task calendar for attorney.
- Coordinating, scheduling all Zoom/call-in numbers for meetings.
- Running conflict checks and opening files in Doc Management software.
- Journaling emails, and documents in Doc Management software.
- Coordinating communication and transfer of documents with clients (and field client inquiries when needed).
- Preparing PowerPoint slides from MS Word outlines.
- Proficiency with WordPerfect, Word and Microsoft Outlook programs.
- Delivering outstanding customer service to clients.
- Professional and courteous interaction with court staff, clients, property managers and opposing counsel.

- Annual Meeting packages
- Organize Notices, Proxy, Ballot, Affidavit
- Organizing and processing Condo and HOA Declarations
- Scan into database
- Organize Community Association documents
- Preparation for Seminars
- Registration – create list and confirm
- Issue certificates
- Answer phone calls
- Organize packages
