- Request update from different attorney’s
- Provide updates to clients on current status
- Manage spreadsheets
- Keep cabinets purged
- Help with mail and filing
Litigation Assistant Requirements
- High School diploma (or G.E.D.).
- Customer Interaction over the phone experience preferred.
- Good writing skills
- Well organized.
- Computer experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office for Windows (Outlook, Word, and Excel) is required.
- This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust and interact with all levels of personnel.
- Incumbent must be multitasking oriented, organized, set priorities and meet deadlines and take pride in one’s work.
