Small law office in located on the south side of downtown Fort Lauderdale, is looking to hire and operations assistant starting right away in a temporary to hire capacity. The Firm has one attorney and the practice is plaintiff first party property.

This position is an administrative assistant type position supporting the office manager as well as others within the law firm. It is an excellent opportunity to get your foot in the door with a law firm, a starting point to move your way up.

They are seeking someone who is energetic, assertive, and confident. Someone who is really hunger hungry to get their feet wet and their career off the ground.

Tasks of this position include all administrative work, phones, sorting and distributing mail, data entry, organization, assisting with legal tasks that will be taught, dealing with clients and firm visitors, and assisting throughout the office.
This is a full-time on site position, the scheduled hours are 8:30 a.m. To 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The firm offers a casual work environment, they are in a new office and building, they provide an amicable work environment. They like to have fun but also get the job done!
