JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Well known national law firm with an office in Plantation, FL needs a pre-litigation legal assistant with previous medical records experience to help them in a temporary-to-hire basis starting as soon as possible. 

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assist with billing, filing, faxing, and other general administrative office work
  • Contacting Doctor offices for medical records
  • Corresponding with clients and insurance companies

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES:

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Prefer candidates with experience in legal or medical records background
  • MS Office experience
