JOB DESCRIPTION:
Well known national law firm with an office in Plantation, FL needs a pre-litigation legal assistant with previous medical records experience to help them in a temporary-to-hire basis starting as soon as possible.
JOB DUTIES:
- Assist with billing, filing, faxing, and other general administrative office work
- Contacting Doctor offices for medical records
- Corresponding with clients and insurance companies
QUALIFIED CANDIDATES:
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prefer candidates with experience in legal or medical records background
- MS Office experience
