LAW FIRM IN BOCA RATON HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR AN EXPERIENCED FRONT OFFICE RECEPTIONIST FOR A VERY BUSY FIRM.
Legal Receptionist Qualifications/Skills:
- Greet clients and assist clients w as they arrive
- Provide initial information regarding the firm’s services
- Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system
- Scheduling of meetings, travel plans, and conference rooms for attorneys, clients, vendors
- Oversee the ordering and storage of office supply inventory, while creating an effective liaison with vendors and suppliers
- Scanning, photocopying, faxing, and filing documents
- Receive, sort incoming mail, deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Assisting attorneys, and other staff with various clerical duties as needed
- Must be able to organize and manage time and manage multiple tasks
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Good common sense and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, (ie Outlook,Word, Excel)
- Receptionist Experience, a MUST!
- Consistent record of attendance, reliability, and integrity
- Dependable transportation a must
- Prior law firm experience
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills
- In office position, no remote
- Professional dress
- Full Time 40 hours M-F
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
