Responsibilities for Recruiting Manager
- Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures
- Supervise the recruiting team
- Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
- Enact plans for candidate engagement and activation of candidates
- Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
- Manage high value full desk
Qualifications for Recruiting Manager
- Experience as an Agency Recruiting Manager, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruitment Consultant for an agency
- Experience in screening and interviewing job applicants
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to make sound decisions quickly and efficiently
- Experience with the use of applicant tracking software preferrably Bullhorn
- Knowledge of social media and professional networks
- Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently
