Karen Morrick joined Legal Search Solutions in 2016. Karen has close to 15 years of experience as a recruiter, placing legal and medical professionals in all stages of their career.  Karen’s focus at Legal Search Solutions is the temporary and temp-to-hire placement of both attorneys and support staff. Karen has helped expand Legal Search Solutions reach from South Florida to encompass much of the Southeast U.S. Prior to joining Legal Search, Karen spent several years assisting students and recent graduates with placement with prominent South Florida companies.  Her success stems from the motto “Never give up.”

Karen holds a B.S. in Applied Management from Everglades University.  She is a Florida native and has lived both in Louisiana and South Carolina, but returned home to be near the beach.  Karen is a dedicated Amazon shopper who spends the remainder of her free time cooking, enjoying time with her family and friends, and playing with her dogs.  She loves the ocean and is a certified scuba diver; she also volunteers to do beach cleanups.
