South Florida law firm is seeking a junior legal assistant to join them in a temp-to-hire capacity starting right away.
This position:
- Will provide clerical and administrative assistance to legal assistants and other staff as needed.
- Assisting with documents, scanning, e-filiing and more as you grow in the position.
- This is an on-site position, near the Miami International Airport.
- The scheduled hours are 9am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Free parking
- The position is temporary, possibly temp-to-hire if a good fit.
- Starts as soon as possible
The ideal candidate:
- Previous law firm experience is preferred, but open to a recent college graduate with an interest in legal.
- Well versed in MS Word and Outlook, and Adobe
- Experience using TimeMatters is a plus
