LEGAL ASSISTANT
South Florida law firm is seeking a legal assistant to help out in a temporary / temp-to-hire capacity starting right away.
This position:
- Supports two Associate Attorneys, one does Insurance Coverage Litigation, and the other practices Insurance Appeals.
- This is an on-site position with a Miami Firm
- The scheduled hours are 9am – 5pm, Mon-Fri
- Free parking
- The position is temporary, with a possibly of becoming permanent if a good fit.
- Starts late February
The ideal candidate:
- Previous litigation experience (3 or more yrs), Appellate experience is a plus.
- Able to e-file, schedule with the courts, and skilled with most legal tasks.
- Well versed in MS Word and Outlook
- Experience using TimeMatters is a plus
