We seek an experienced Commercial Litigation Paralegal to manage a high-volume caseload independently. The ideal candidate excels in secured transaction litigation, handling breach of contract and replevin claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft complaints, motions, MJSs, and discovery.
- Manage litigation files from start to resolution.
- Conduct legal research and assist in case strategy.
- Ensure compliance with court procedures and deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and courts.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in commercial litigation.
- Expertise in Plaintiff-side secured transactions.
- Strong drafting, organizational, and case management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
