Administrative Legal Assistant/Receptionist____________
A terrific new opportunity for you if you are looking for a permanent position at a boutique law firm in Boca Raton, Florida.
You will be the first point of contact for all clients and prospective clients.
Some of the duties are as follows:
- First point of contact for all visitors to the law firm
- Scheduling appointments for calls,
- Zoom meetings,
- Initial consultations, and signings
- Maintain and enter all client related matters into the CLIO database, and referral sources to Outlook
- Witness signings
- Prepare all estate planning binders and copy to a flash drive
- Scanning of older client documents
- Trained to assist with creating ancillary documents
- Additional responsibilities as needed
- Notary is a plus
- THE FIRM IS ONLY LOOKING FOR TEAM PLAYERS
Salary Range: $37,500-$45,000 DOE
Hours: M-F 8:30am-5:30pm with an hour for lunch
Benefits: 1 weeks vacation, 2 sick days
401K, Matching 3% after 1 yr. of employment
