Finance Administrator – Law Firm Experience
A busy, growing mid-sized law firm in Downtown Dadeland looking for a full-time
Financial Administrator to join our administrative team. This person will be on-site and work closely with Management.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create and analyze budgets for the firm
- Analyze financial data and identify trends with measurable goals and track performance of attorneys, clients and areas of practice
- Reporting of data analysis
- Handle payroll and related tasks
- Analyze and prepare financial reports and statements
- Create and/or update internal accounting processes
- Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
- 8+ years of law firm experience
- Solid understanding of finance and data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- An aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving
