The project is expected to start between now and April 07, 2025, and go for approximately 60-90 days.
The firm is representing the sale and transfer of a Hotel/Condo, between international clients. As soon as the buyers/sellers sign the contracts, they should be ready get people started in less than 1-2 weeks.
Participants on this project will be dealing with and reviewing Real Estate Contracts, Financials, Agreements, and other legal documents pertaining to the matter
Previous experience and familiarity with Real Estate matters is important.
The firm would prefer the work be done on-site.
