Paralegal – Commercial Litigation & Association Law (HOA & Condominium)

Join a respected regional law firm that values its team and fosters a collaborative, professional work environment. Our Plantation office is seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in both Commercial Litigation and Association Law (Homeowners and Condominium Associations).

Qualifications & Requirements

5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably with a focus on Commercial Litigation

2+ years of experience in Association Law (including collections) is highly desirable

Proficiency in case management tasks: filing, drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and scheduling

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Stable employment history with strong professional references
Key Responsibilities
-
Support two attorneys: one specializing in Commercial Litigation and the other in Association Law

Manage case files from inception through resolution
-
Draft and proofread pleadings, correspondence, and discovery documents

Handle court filings (e-filing) and ensure compliance with deadlines

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Participate in case preparation, including document review and trial preparation

While experience in both practice areas is preferred, training in Association Law will be provided to the right candidate
