Paralegal – Commercial Litigation & Association Law (HOA & Condominium)
Location: Plantation, Florida
Firm: Established Regional Law Firm (3 offices in Florida)

Join a respected regional law firm that values its team and fosters a collaborative, professional work environment. Our Plantation office is seeking a skilled and experienced Paralegal to support attorneys in both Commercial Litigation and Association Law (Homeowners and Condominium Associations).

Qualifications & Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably with a focus on Commercial Litigation

  • 2+ years of experience in Association Law (including collections) is highly desirable

  • Proficiency in case management tasks: filing, drafting legal documents, managing discovery, and scheduling

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Stable employment history with strong professional references


Key Responsibilities

  • Support two attorneys: one specializing in Commercial Litigation and the other in Association Law

  • Manage case files from inception through resolution

  • Draft and proofread pleadings, correspondence, and discovery documents

  • Handle court filings (e-filing) and ensure compliance with deadlines

  • Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

  • Participate in case preparation, including document review and trial preparation

  • While experience in both practice areas is preferred, training in Association Law will be provided to the right candidate
