A prestigious and highly respected, and well-sestablished Litigation Law Firm in Downtown Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant for a temporary or temp-to-hire opportunity.

Position Requirements:

3–5 years of litigation experience, with full case management from intake to trial.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Proficient in scheduling, e-Filing, and legal document management.

Experience handling medical records: requesting, organizing, and summarizing.

Skilled in drafting and filing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

Knowledge of discovery processes and preparation for depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common legal software platforms.

Spanish bilingual ability is a plus, but not required.
