Direct Hire and On-Site Position
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor the day to day operations of the Intake Team
- Fine tune the process with the IT Department and other software
- Supervise the team’s work and progress
- Meet with the team on a regular basis
- Communicate often with others to discuss successes and improvements
- Schedule coverage accordingly
