Well respected Law Firm in Fort Lauderdale is hiring an Offices Services Specialist
Primary Responsibilities

Handle scanning, printing, copying, and mailing

Collect and distribute mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS)

Prepare and send outgoing shipments
-
Restock printer stations and perform basic copier maintenance
-
Deliver internal mail and packages regularly
-
Assist with trial prep, including binders and room setup
-
Maintain conference rooms and lounge cleanliness
-
Coordinate courier services and local deliveries
-
Order office and kitchen supplies
-
Provide receptionist coverage as needed
-
Support event setup and general office tasks
Qualifications and Competencies
- High School diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or related areas
