Well respected Law Firm in Fort Lauderdale is hiring an Offices Services Specialist 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Handle scanning, printing, copying, and mailing

  • Collect and distribute mail and packages (USPS, FedEx, UPS)

  • Prepare and send outgoing shipments

  • Restock printer stations and perform basic copier maintenance

  • Deliver internal mail and packages regularly

  • Assist with trial prep, including binders and room setup

  • Maintain conference rooms and lounge cleanliness

  • Coordinate courier services and local deliveries

  • Order office and kitchen supplies

  • Provide receptionist coverage as needed

  • Support event setup and general office tasks

Qualifications and Competencies

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  •  At least 2 years of experience in customer service, reception, or related areas
