Full service insurance defense firm providing liability, insurance law, bad faith claims, personal injury protection (PIP) and first party property seeks an attorney to join its Fort Lauderdale office!

Ideal candidates will have 2plus years experience in insurance defense knowing how to evaluate claims, have excellent verbal and written communion and strong attention to detail. Current first party experience preferred but not required.
Job duties include
- Conduct depositions
- Attend hearings
- Handle clientele requests and demands according
- Manage docket of cases according to office policy
- Communicate daily with insurance companies re: status of claims, demands and offers
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice law in Florida
- 2+ years of experience litigating first party property and or insurance defense cases preferred but not required
- MUST be willing to be on site
- Excellent written and oral communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in depositions, preparing and handling evidentiary hearings, conducting mediations, and preparing and assisting with trial preferred but not required
