Law Firm Office Assistant – Downtown Tampa (Temp-to-Hire)
MUST have PREVIOUS LAW FIRM EXPERIENCE
A premier nationwide law firm is seeking a full-time Law Office Assistant to join their downtown Tampa office in a temporary-to-hire role starting right away.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow in a professional legal environment while working in a friendly, business casual office with free parking provided.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform administrative tasks, including mail, scanning, copying, filing, and other clerical work

Answer incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional, welcoming manner

Download and organize new client documents and files

Set up conference rooms for meetings and events

Assist attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants as needed

Run office errands and help keep daily operations running smoothly
Qualifications:
- Previous law firm experience is highly preferred
- Dependable, organized, and eager to learn
- Goof computer and phone skills
- Professional demeanor and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Dependable and looking for a long term position
Position Details:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- On-site in downtown Tampa
- Free parking provided by the firm
- Pays $20/hr while temp
- Once perm will pay $40-45K; with excellent benefits
