LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSIST FOR REGIONAL FIRM
Job Location: Ft. Lauderdale, Florida
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Probate Litigation Assistant to join a reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in probate litigation, though candidates with a strong commercial litigation background will also be considered. This area of law is extremely interesting This role supports 3 Directors and 1 Associate in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Possible Hybrid after 90 days
Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree or paralegal certificate is a plus.

Experience: At least 3 years of litigation assistant or legal administrative experience; probate litigation preferred, but commercial litigation experience will also be considered.

Knowledge: Understanding of Florida and Federal court procedures, e-filing, and probate case workflows.

Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines. Proficiency with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Compensation:
Commensurate with experience, up to $75,000 annually, along with a competitive benefits package.
