Our client, a law firm located in Miami, FL, is currently seeking a contract attorney for a long–term contract position.

This role will be ideal for an entry-level associate OR an experienced attorney looking to pick up additional hours or add experience to their resume.

Ideal applicant will have previous working experience in any of the following areas of law:

  • Probate
  • Estate Planning

The responsibilities for this position include:

  • Drafting various legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery responses.
  • Conducting comprehensive legal research and providing thoughtful analysis of relevant case law.
  • Utilizing strong oral advocacy skills during hearings and court conferences.
  • Preparing for and actively participating in hearings.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and opposing counsel.
  • Providing excellent legal advice and support to clients.
  • Demonstrating initiative and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Effectively managing, multitasking, and prioritizing assigned legal matters.
  • Producing high-caliber legal work.
  • Exhibiting strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and client relations.

To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should have 1 to 3 years of legal experience.
