A boutique law firm in South Miami is seeking an experienced Family Law Legal Assistant to join their team on-site. They would also consider a Paralegal.
The firm maintains a professional environment and serves a high net-worth client base.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of Florida litigation experience
- Prior Family Law experience required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Draft legal documents and correspondence
- E-file documents with the courts
- Maintain case calendars and track deadlines
- Schedule hearings, depositions, and mediations
This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a competitive hourly rate during the temporary period, along with parking. Upon permanent hire, the firm provides a salary commensurate with experience and a solid benefits package.
