Pay, Hours & Schedule
• Pay Rate: $18–$21/hour (depending on experience)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• Hours: Full-time, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (on-site)
• Duration: Temporary to start with a strong chance of becoming permanent

What You’ll Do
• Greet clients and visitors and create a professional, welcoming first impression
• Answer and route incoming calls confidently
• Keep the reception area organized and running smoothly
• Schedule meetings and manage conference rooms
• Assist with administrative tasks (scanning, filing, copying, etc.)
• Direct client inquiries to the appropriate team members
• Support office hospitality and daily operations

What We’re Looking For
• Prior law firm or professional office experience preferred
• College degree a plus (recent grads encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional presence
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and basic office technology
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
