  • Participating in hearings, mediations, and trial preparation

  • Managing assigned cases and tracking court deadlines

  • Communicating with clients, experts, and opposing counsel

What We’re Looking For

You’re a strong litigator who can hit the ground running and work independently in a remote environment.

The Ideal Background Includes:

  • 1–5 years of litigation experience (healthcare litigation strongly preferred)

  • Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance issues

  • Understanding of medical coding

  • Solid grasp of civil litigation procedures and court rules

  • Ability to juggle multiple matters and deadlines with confidence

  • Excellent written and oral advocacy skills

  • Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical instincts

Credentials

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

  • Active member of the Florida Bar

  • Admission to Florida federal courts preferred, but not required
