Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – a full-time position in our West Palm Beach office. Responsibilities include coordinating due diligence; reviewing titles and surveys; drafting and reviewing purchase, sale and loan documents, reviewing zoning reports, service contracts and permits. Such applicant should have a minimum of five years’ experience with commercial real estate closings and title. Law firm experience preferred.
