A mid-sized law firm located in West Palm Beach, Florida, has an immediate opening in its litigation practice for an experienced plaintiff litigation paralegal. They are adding to their team of professionals.
Paralegal duties and responsibilities
- E-Filing
- Setting Hearings, Scheduling Depositions, calendaring etc.
- Trial preparation-trial experience(a plus)
- Discovery
Paralegal requirements and qualifications
- Plaintiff Personal Injury
- Florida law experience
- Excellent tenure
- Self motivated
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Team player
