Long Term Contract Position
A well-established regional litigation law firm in downtown Miami is seeking a Billing / Accounting Professional to join their team on a contract basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent. This is an on-site opportunity with a prestigious firm and offers the chance to step into a key role with significant responsibility.
Position Details:
• Contract role with potential for temp-to-perm
• On-site position in downtown Miami
• Open due to firm need, with long-term potential for the right candidate
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all billing and accounting functions
• Manage incoming and outgoing billing
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Enter and verify attorney time entries
• Ensure overall accuracy of financial records
Qualifications:
• Prior billing or accounting experience in a law firm or legal environment required
• Familiarity with TABS billing software strongly preferred
• Technologically savvy, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Will have integrity and a pleasant personality.
