LEGAL ASSISTANT WITH PLAINTIFF PI & MED MAL for FIRM IN WPB, FL
(Pre-Suit & Litigation) Assigned 1 Attorney
Our client is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to work for a reputable law firm. They offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits, and flex schedules. This is a permanent, internal Floater position so will change attorney assignments regularly.
The challenging and interesting duties you will have:
Prepare medical chronologies and medical expense itemizations
Prepare discovery responses for attorney review
Draft pleadings
Assist in trial preparation, including witness organization and exhibit lists
Anticipates and identifies clients’/colleagues’ current and future needs
Shares information and offers ideas and solutions in a team environment
Requirements
Three or more years of experience in Personal Injury and/or Medical Malpractice cases (Pre-suit & Lit)
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) required
Self-motivated and organized
Attention to detail and accuracy
Stable work history
