We are looking for a highly capable, experienced and motivated paralegal in a temporary-to-permanent capacity starting right away for a law firm in Broward County.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 – 5 + years of Plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience REQUIRED
- Excellent secretarial and clerical skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, self-starter with ability to work independently
- Punctual
- Microsoft office knowledge a must. (Trialworks experience a plus)
- Experience handling litigation files, including:
- Preparing letters and documents
- Preparing pleadings, discovery.
- Trial preparation
- Calendar maintenance
- Scheduling of depositions, mediations, trials etc.
- Maintaining client files from receipt to closing
