Paralegal Real Estate Duties
- Supporting 2 Real Estate Attorneys
- 75% Residential 25% Commercial
- Complex Real Estate Closing
- Preparing documents, binders, reconciliation
Paralegal Real Estate Qualifications
- 5+ years of current Florida residential real estate experience
- Title insurance experience
- Closing experience
- Experience using DoubleTime.
- Paralegal Certificate, FRP, BA preferred.
