We’re working with a highly respected boutique law firm in Coconut Grove looking for a sharp, experienced paralegal who’s ready to hit the ground running from day one.

Job Description:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence
- Managing cases from intake through trial prep
- Coordinating hearings, depositions, and trial logistics
- Handling Florida state e-filing from start to finish
- Organizing complex documents, exhibits, and trial notebooks
- Communicating with clients, attorneys, and court personnel
- Conducting legal research and delivering clear summaries
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Florida Family Law experience (REQUIRED)
- Ability to jump in immediately with minimal training
- Strong drafting, organization, and case management skills
- Experience with billing/time entry
- Ability to maintain 30 billable hours per week (REQUIRED)
- A proactive, no-hand-holding mindset
