Lawyer Job Summary
Legal Search Solutions is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join a well-known, reputable boutique firm in Boca Raton, FL. The firm specializes in commercial litigation, construction litigation, and real estate law. The individual in this role would be responsible for managing cases from inception to close. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in commercial litigation. Trial experience would be a plus, not required.
Lawyer Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial.
- Manage cases from inception to close.
- Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.
Lawyer Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- 5 plus years of experience in complex commercial/ business litigation.
- Experience in construction litigation preferred.
- Experience preparing cases for trial, independent motion and discovery practice.
- Experience running cases from inception to close with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
