JOB DESCRIPTION:
This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of the daily functions in our clients West Palm Beach law office.  He or she will perform tasks such as, but not limited to: answering phones, taking messages, filing documents, maintain keycard system, preparing conference rooms for meetings, greeting visitors at the front desk, etc.  This is permanent hire position.

The hours for this position are 8 am to 6 pm.

JOB DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

Answering phones
Updating pleadings
maintaining conference room reservations
Dropping off FedEx and UPS

Ordering office supplies
Organizing and maintaining copy room
Time entry for attorneys

Running errands (as needed)
Closing-out files
Ordering lunch for depositions, mediations, meetings, etc.
Opening and distributing mail

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent communication and telephone etiquette skills
Good organizational skills
Go-getter attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Typing
Ability to lift 70 lbs
