New opportunity for an experienced Probate Paralegal for a firm headquartered in Indian River County, FL. This is an immediate opening for a highly skilled paralegal with probate experience.
Requirements:
- Five Years of related paralegal experience
- Reviewing and assessing legal and financial documents
- Preparing documents for attorney review, including Florida probate pleadings
- Analyzing trusts and preparing trust accountings
- Preparing initial drafts of trust and estate-related tax returns, including Forms 706
- Coordinating legal, tax, and financial documentation
- Communicating professionally with clients and other professional offices
- Using sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
- Managing files and keeping matters organized
- Working independently to meet deadlines
- Supporting attorneys, team members, and colleagues on projects as needed
