Lawyer Job Summary
Legal Search Solutions is seeking a Plaintiff PI Attorney to join a well-known regional personal injury and consumer advocacy firm in Palm Beach Gardens. The individual in this role would be responsible for managing high-stakes litigation cases from inception to close. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in litigation. Trial experience would be a plus. The position is onsite in Palm Beach Gardens, FL.
Lawyer Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and respond to substantive pleadings, motions, and discovery.
- Assist with trial preparation and/or attend trial.
- Manage cases from inception to close.
- Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently.
Lawyer Qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the Florida Bar.
- 5-7 years of experience in plaintiff PI or medical malpractice litigation.
- First chair trial experience a plus.
- Federal court experience is a plus.
- Experience preparing cases for trial, independent motion and discovery practice.
- Experience running cases from inception to close.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 products (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
