Associate Attorney – Commercial Litigation
Location: South Florida (Remote)
A law firm, expanding its South Florida platform, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Associate.
Experience in creditors’ rights and commercial real estate litigation, including lender-side enforcement and foreclosure matters is preferred.
This is a fully remote position; candidates must be based in South Florida.
What You’ll Do
- Handle commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Manage lender-side litigation and related disputes
- Draft and argue motions; oversee discovery and case strategy
- Appear in court for hearings, case management conferences, and mediations
- Work directly with financial institutions, special servicers, and commercial lenders
What We’re Looking For
- Commercial litigation experience
- Active Florida Bar admission (in good standing)
- Strong motion practice and courtroom experience
- Ability to independently manage a caseload in a remote environment
