Litigation Associate Attorney
Position Overview
An established and growing law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its team. Duties and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Manage all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and case strategy.
- Attend hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, depositions, and trials as required.
- Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and legal strategy.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedural requirements.
- Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Perform additional legal and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active membership and good standing with the applicable state bar.
- Prior litigation experience preferred but not required.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
