Legal Receptionist

Wellington, Florida | Temp-to-Hire| In-Office

A well-established law firm in Wellington is seeking a polished and professional Receptionist to become the face of the firm. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and thrives in a client-facing environment. If you enjoy interacting with people, keeping an office running smoothly, and being the first impression for clients and visitors, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Answer and direct incoming calls
  • Schedule appointments and manage conference room calendars
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages
  • Maintain reception and common areas
  • Assist attorneys and staff with administrative projects
  • Scan, file, copy, and organize documents
  • Support day-to-day office operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior law firm or professional office experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Comfortable multitasking in a busy office environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
