Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (3–5 Years Experience) – Florida
Our legal recruiting firm is partnering with a well-established and growing personal injury law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join its team in Florida. Position Overview
The ideal candidate will manage personal injury cases from litigation through resolution, providing exceptional client service while aggressively advocating for clients’ interests. This attorney will play a key role in case strategy, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation, with the opportunity to take cases to trial when necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with clients to evaluate claims, discuss case strategy, and provide guidance throughout the litigation process
Build strong client relationships through compassion, empathy, and effective communication
Maintain regular communication with clients regarding case developments and status updates
Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies regarding claims, demands, settlements, and offers
Evaluate liability, damages, and case value to develop effective litigation strategies
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and other legal documents
Conduct depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations
Prepare cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings as needed
Collaborate with legal support staff and fellow attorneys to achieve successful outcomes
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Active member of the Florida Bar in good standing
3–5 years of personal injury litigation experience
Strong experience evaluating claims and developing case strategy
Excellent negotiation and advocacy skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
